It is the responsibility of the customer to research thoroughly any product bought intended for topical use and possible side effects or allergic reactions any products might cause. All products, fragrances and oils may cause reactions in some people.
1.Shipping & Delivery :
Syndey Byulnimassi offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.
You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations can not deliver to Post Office boxes however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point please provide the physical address not the PO box.
Sydney Byulnimassi does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Aus Post. We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
2.Privacy & Security :
We regard your privacy as an important part of our relationship with you, our customer. Your personal details are treated as confidential and will never be shared or sold to any third party or organisation. We no longer personally handle your Credit Card details at any point, this information is encrypted and lodged on the eWAY Payment Gateway.
When you Register to use our Shopping system you must first complete the registration form and create a username and password. During registration you are required to give your personal contact information (such as name and Email address etc). We use this information to contact you regarding your order and to ship your parcel.
Storage of Your Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our website, this information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and if we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Business.
3.RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of most of our products, we regret we cannot accept return of goods. As we cannot ensure that fragrances and perishable products have not been opened, these are not returnable. Faulty goods are replaced as per Australian Consumer Law. No goods will be accepted for refund or replacement without prior communication. Goods must be received in the original condition in which they shipped – this means they must be re-packed using the packaging materials supplied originally. There is a restocking fee applicable.
There is NO return of any fragrances or essential oils due to the nature of the product whether these have been opened or unopened.
4.Place Order
Online Shop
The products items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to sales@sydneybyulnimassi.com.au If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, you will incur the cost of returning the goods. You may incur a restocking fee of $10.00 if you cancel an order that has already been processed.
The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.
Offline Shop
Local customers are able to purchase and collect their orders in offline shop.
5.Payment
PAYMENT OPTIONS
CREDIT CARD
We accept either Visa or Mastercard. If paying via Credit Card you will receive ONE debit which includes the freight and your order enters the shipping queue immediately.
We do not record your Credit Card details on our site. Secure Credit Card payments are managed by “Braintree”, a subsidiary of PayPal.
However, if you wish to send these details separately, FOR YOUR SECURITY DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL. We request this be done as soon as possible after placing your order to expedite shipment. We will link your order to your Credit Card details and then process it. Credit Card Details and Declined Cards: We take your Credit Card security very seriously and we WILL NOT telephone you (even if requested) to ascertain your card details. Cards being declined are often due to to customers accidentally entering the incorrect expiry. We will email you if there is a problem with your card and ask you to telephone us or supply the missing data.
PAYPAL
If paying by PayPal, this is NOT always immediate. It can take up to TWO WORKING DAYS for the funds to be received by us.
After submitting your order you will be re-directed to the PayPal website where you then authorise the payment to us and complete your ordering proccess.
