Shipping & Delivery :

Syndey Byulnimassi offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.  Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.

You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery.   If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself.  If re-delivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee.   We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us  to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations can not deliver to Post Office boxes  however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point please provide the physical address not the PO box.

 

Delivery Times

Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, your order will go into a queue to be packed in sequence. In most cases, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days.  Please be mindful that this time may be increased in peak seasons (e.g.Christmas) due to the volume of orders.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and given information, including tracking numbers.

Aus Post delivery times vary. Here are some estimates:

  • Sydney metro is generally 1 to 2 business day delivery
  • Major cities in Rest of Australia are generally 3 to 10 business days
  • Remote locations or distant towns are normally 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates only and please remember to include our 1-2 business days turnaround time in your delivery calculation.

Sydney Byulnimassi  does not accept any responsibility for delaying delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by Aus Post.  We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
